Head of Pedagogy @ Campus 42 Vienna (m/f/d) | Full Time

Your mission

• Ensure the good deployment and daily operations on the pedagogy, following the instructions of the central 42 team in Paris
• Control and adjust the efficiency of the pedagogy on your students and the specific supporting tools at the 42 Vienna Campus
• Actively debate and take actions needed to get the aimed learning outcomes.
• Get involved in all pedagogical communications, towards students and staff internally (AMA sessions, conferences, e-mailings, slack, …), and towards external audiences
• Handle pedagogical partnerships
• Collaborate with the communications team to organize and supervise hackathons and other pedagogical events
• Organize exams, rushes, and any other recurring pedagogical items
• Participate in the global events organized by 42, contributing to the updates and evolutions of the curriculum (projects, special events, pedagogical processes, ...)
• Develop new local pedagogical projects for the 42 Vienna Campus according to the standards of the global 42 network

Your profile

• ICT skills: coding in C, C++, network architecture, DevOps
• 42 curriculum: the Piscine, the pedagogical model, the projects, are definitely an asset
• Positive communication skills : non-violent communication, NLP, etc..
• Fluency in writing and speaking (local language German and fluent in English)

For this responsible job we offer - depending on experience - a salary of € 56.000 p.a., based on a 40h week @ 42 Campus Vienna.
