Discover the basics of programming with Python through a completely free and immersive workshop, open to all adults. You will explore fundamental programming concepts and learn how to solve real-world problems through coding. No prior experience is required, just curiosity and a willingness to learn!
Activity Description
This immersive journey transforms you from a user into a creator by teaching you the logic behind daily software. You will master the terminal to navigate filesystems and build your first Python scripts using variables to store information. You’ll design programs that make intelligent decisions using conditions to validate user entries and automate repetitive tasks with loops. You will organize complex data using arrays, sets, and dictionaries to manage information sequences effortlessly. Finally, refine your applications by creating reusable methods and managing variable scopes through collaborative peer-to-peer learning.
