Discover the power of coding with 42’s unique peer-to-peer and hands-on approach.

In our on-campus Discovery Piscine, you’ll explore the essentials of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript while getting hands-on experience with text editors and website development.

In just 5 days, you’ll build your own website, create interactive web pages, and develop problem-solving skills—working independently or collaborating with others to research and adapt to new technologies.

The non-profit, innovative campus 42 Vienna is part of the international 42 education network, recognized for advancing digital excellence through a unique project-based, peer-to-peer learning model. At 42, there are no teachers, textbooks, or traditional lectures – learning is entirely driven by student collaboration and hands-on projects.

This free and inclusive program, open to all students aged 18 and over regardless of background, personal circumstances, or prior academic qualifications, emphasizes logical thinking, creativity, and teamwork.

Yvonne bauer

Yvonne Bauer is working as HR-Manager at Certitude Consulting GmbH, a Vienna based cybersecurity consulting company and a passionate advocate for diversity in cybersecurity in her role as President & National Coordinator at Women4Cyber Austria.

With a background in psychology and knowledge management, Yvonne has spent many years shaping HR, recruiting, and diversity strategies. Her mission is clear: encourage more women to discover, enter, and thrive in IT & cybersecurity.

She believes that bringing more women into cybersecurity is essential for building secure, resilient, and inclusive digital systems. Through initiatives like Women4Cyber Yvonne actively helps to create accessible entry points and support structures for women, including career changers, to confidently pursue their careers in cybersecurity.
